Terms of Service

REFUNDS

  1. No refunds will be issued to clients who have received a service and left satisfied.
  2. No refunds will be given for nails that lift or fall off within 7–14 days, as refills are generally required within this period.
  3. No refunds will be issued to clients who do not raise concerns with the stylist at the time the service is provided but choose to complain at a later date.
  4. For any legitimate complaint regarding poor service, a refund will only be considered if a redo of the service is performed and is still deemed unsatisfactory.
  5. No refund will be given to clients who request a specific style or service and later decide they do not like their chosen style. Any changes will require an additional payment.
  6. Approved refunds will be paid into the client’s bank account within 48 hours

BOOKINGS

  1. Walk-ins are welcome; however, bookings are recommended to ensure we can serve you promptly and efficiently.

LATE ARRIVALS

  1. Clients arriving within 30 minutes of closing time for a treatment, or within 1 hour of closing time for braiding services that take longer than 1 hour, may be charged an overtime fee of R100.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  1. Clients are required to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or previous chemical treatments (e.g., perms, keratin treatments) to ensure their safety and the best possible service.

RESULTS:

  1. While our professionals strive for excellence, individual results, particularly for treatments such as hair colouring, may vary. The salon cannot be held responsible for variations in results.
