Terms of Service
REFUNDS
- No refunds will be issued to clients who have received a service and left satisfied.
- No refunds will be given for nails that lift or fall off within 7–14 days, as refills are generally required within this period.
- No refunds will be issued to clients who do not raise concerns with the stylist at the time the service is provided but choose to complain at a later date.
- For any legitimate complaint regarding poor service, a refund will only be considered if a redo of the service is performed and is still deemed unsatisfactory.
- No refund will be given to clients who request a specific style or service and later decide they do not like their chosen style. Any changes will require an additional payment.
- Approved refunds will be paid into the client’s bank account within 48 hours
BOOKINGS
- Walk-ins are welcome; however, bookings are recommended to ensure we can serve you promptly and efficiently.
LATE ARRIVALS
- Clients arriving within 30 minutes of closing time for a treatment, or within 1 hour of closing time for braiding services that take longer than 1 hour, may be charged an overtime fee of R100.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Clients are required to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or previous chemical treatments (e.g., perms, keratin treatments) to ensure their safety and the best possible service.
RESULTS:
- While our professionals strive for excellence, individual results, particularly for treatments such as hair colouring, may vary. The salon cannot be held responsible for variations in results.
